Module 1: Sustainability Fundamentals

Build the foundations: sustainability concepts, sdgs, global challenges, esg maturity models, sustainability strategy and applied corporate and national scenarios.

Module 2: ESG Fundamentals

Explore esg concepts, evolution and value creation across the environmental, social and governance pillars, including ratings, reporting, investor expectations and sector application.

Module 3: Global Sustainability Framework

Navigate the sustainability and standards landscape, including the sdgs, un global compact, tcfd, tnfd, sbti, iso 14001, gri, sasb, issb, csrd, esrs, integrated reporting and cdp.

Module 04: Sustainability Governance And Leadership

Design governance structures through board oversight, esg committee architecture, sustainability policies, leadership, culture and maturity assessment, supported by cross-sector case studies.

Module 5: Stakeholder Engagement

Identify and map stakeholders, select appropriate engagement methods and strategies, analyse real applications and complete a stakeholder-mapping workshop.

Module 6: Materiality Analysis Fundamentals

Differentiate financial, impact and double materiality; understand the csrd and esrs context; and apply a four-phase assessment process through integrated exercises and case studies.

Module 7: Materiality Assessment Methodology

Apply an eight-step assessment process across frameworks, sectors and stakeholder engagement, then translate validated findings into strategy and reporting.

Module 8: Double Materiality Assessment

Move from financial to double materiality by assessing impacts, risks and opportunities across the value chain through a five-phase dma process, assurance and continuous improvement.

Module 9: Materiality Matrix Development

Build and interpret a decision-useful materiality matrix through a five-step process, sector examples, governance considerations and a practical build-a-matrix exercise.

Module 10: ESG Strategy Development

Translate vision into strategic themes, smart objectives, science-based targets and integrated initiatives, with attention to compensation, change management and implementation.

Module 11: ESG KPI And Performance Management

Design environmental, social and governance kpi architectures; build dashboards and benchmarks; and use adaptive management to improve performance across sectors.

Module 12: ESG Reporting And Disclosure

Navigate issb, gri, sasb, tcfd and csrd; structure decision-useful reports; and address materiality, data, assurance, ratings and governance challenges.

Module 13: ESG Risk Management And Assurance

Identify esg risk categories, design controls and responses, establish monitoring and assurance approaches, and build practical esg risk registers aligned to organisational needs.

Module 14: Sustainability Transformation And Future Trends

Lead the transformation roadmap across decarbonisation, science-based targets, circular economy, net-zero pathways, nature, sustainable finance, digital technology, ai and future regulation.
